Our Stellar Team
Bob Schwieterman, Founder & President
Bob founded Stellar Performance in 2011 and has enthusiastically served as its president ever since. With 25 years in the training and development industry, he has a unique set of experiences as a general manager, a consultant, and as the head of a corporate organization development function. During his career, Bob has successfully delivered workshops, coached leaders, and facilitated team development sessions in Europe, Asia, South America, and North America.
Bob possesses an undergraduate degree from Wright State University in Management Science and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University. He also earned is Organizational Development Certificate from NTL Institute, and Coaching Certificate from Newfield Network.
Bob is a native of Ohio and now resides in Colorado with his wife. They have three grown daughters, two golden retrievers and a favorite cat Sylvester. In his free-time, Bob likes to hike, bike, and renovate his home.
Juliann Wiese, Practice Leader – Southwest Region
Juliann serves as the Practice Leader for the Southwest Region. She leads business development and manages client engagement in the region for Stellar’s leadership development and organizational consulting services. Juliann earned her BA in Adult Education from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada and has worked in Organizational Development and Learning for several Global companies. She is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Juliann resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband. She grew up in Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada and since 1998 has been to 41 of the 59 National Parks in the United States, with a goal to see them all!
Chuck Stahl, Practice Leader – Midwest Region
Chuck serves as the Practice Leader for the Midwest Region. He leads business development and manage client engagement in the region for Stellar’s leadership development and organizational consulting services, specializing in those designed for technology functions. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis. Chuck has worked for Procter & Gamble and started and divested two information technology services companies. He is also currently a facilitator for Twelve Mavens.
Chuck resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife. He enjoys hiking and plans to eventually visit all 58 national parks.
Laura Schwieterman, Creative Director
Laura serves as the Creative Director at Stellar where she helps define and implement the company brand identity through her website designs, creation of marketing collateral, and graphical depictions of Stellar’s learning frameworks. Laura received her Bachelor of Art, concentrating in Graphic Design and Painting from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Along with her design work, Laura is an abstract, fluid artist and owner of LNStudio LLC based in Denver. She creates colorful pour paintings that depict magical illusions and ethereal landscapes. Laura’s work is greatly inspired by her surroundings, the mysteries of the natural world and human connection. In her free time, she likes to stay fit and active, spend time outdoors in the Colorado sunshine, and cuddle with her golden retriever pups.
Aly Stetyick, Consultant and Facilitator
Aly is a pragmatic Consultant and Facilitator who combines professional experience and interdisciplinary research skills to provide practical, actionable, and data-driven solutions for modern organizations. Prior to joining Stellar, Aly managed a variety of engagements as an organizational effectiveness consultant, including job analyses, workload assessments, and competency models. She has also worked in product development and executive assessment.
Aly earned her MA in I/O Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she is also pursuing a PhD in Organizational Science. She earned her BA in Organizational Development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Aly grew up just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her dog, Artemis, and cat, Raven. Aly enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking throughout the natural beauty of the Southeast.
Jim Dee, Lead Web Developer
Jim serves as the Lead Web Developer for Stellar Performance and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s web and ecommerce systems. Jim is also the founder and principle of Array Web Development, LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. Array specializes in web design and development, SEO and Internet marketing, PHP and MySQL application development, and Joomla! development. Prior to forming Array, Jim worked in editorial, marketing, business development and management positions for various companies including Prentice Hall and Deloitte.
A prolific author, Jim writes frequently on web trends in his Web Designer / Web Developer blog. He also contributes to numerous online publications such as 42Hire, Hacker Noon, The Writing Cooperative, and more. He's published a memoir, a feature screen play, a novella, and (most recently) a comedic literary novel entitled Chroo.
Amanda Gulder, Lead Accountant
Amanda serves as the Lead Accountant for Stellar Performance and is responsible for invoicing, billing, monthly closing, and financial reporting. She is also the founder and principle of ALG Accounting Services, based in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Amanda hails from upstate New York and has an accounting degree from Elmira College. Originally starting out in corporate accounting, she launched her own enterprise to help small businesses and have more flexibility to spend time with her husband, two young boys and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading and ice hockey.
