Stellar Performance successfully conducted its Stellar Technical Leaders Workshop, a two-day, career-changing experience that helps participants cross the chasm from technical doer to leader and prepares them for increasing levels of responsibility. The workshop included an assessment to gauge the perceptions others have about participants using the Stellar TechLeader-360 Survey.

Stellar Performance employed its Stellar Strategy Process for a fast-growing international firm headquartered in the U.S. The process guided the company's executive team to create and tell the story of what the company could be in five years with consensus and commitment on what it would take to get there.
