In-Person Programs & Virtual Workshops

Stellar Performance employs a policy for enrollments, transfers, cancellations, and refunds. A summary table and description are provided below. A company representative or the enrolled participant must inform the Stellar Performance Program Manager or email [email protected] of any transfer, cancellation or refund requests.

Program Status - Stellar Performance reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or other events beyond their control. Final notice of program status will be provided at least 31 days prior to the first In-Person Program workshop and 15 days prior to the Virtual Workshop. 

Stellar Performance is not responsible for non-refundable expenses incurred by enrolled participants, including travel and accommodations.

Payment Terms - Enrollment fees must be received in full at least 31 days prior to the first In-Person Program workshop and 15 days prior to the Virtual Workshop. Payment of the enrollment fee is permitted through ACH, Check, and Credit Card. Published discounts, unless specifically stated, are not applicable to Credit Card payments.

Payments made after the due date may incur late fees at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month.

Transfers - An enrolled participant may transfer their registration to another program or person without penalty at least 31 days prior to the first In-Person Program workshop and 15 days prior to the Virtual Workshop.  A transfer initiated less than 31 days prior will be assessed a charge of 20% of the enrollment fee. Registrations may only be transferred one time.

Cancellations - An enrolled participant may cancel their registration without penalty at least 31 days prior to the first In-Person Program workshop and 15 days prior to the Virtual Workshop. A cancellation initiated after the deadline is non-refundable.
