Workshop Facilitator
Stellar is currently searching for qualified candidates to fill the position of Workshop Facilitator.
Position: Workshop Facilitator
Status: Open – Seeking Qualified Candidates
Hours: Contracted by Workshop
Office: Virtual-Remote @ Client Sites
Reports To: Director Client Engagements
Job Duties
- Create, administer, and delivery virtual and onsite training workshops for client companies
- Manage the training delivery process and satisfaction before, during, and after workshops with the client contact
- Provide participant coaching for workshops that provide it as part of the design
- Work with the Engagement Coordinator to ensure all logistics are managed as well as pre and post-work
Education / Technical / Functional Skills
- BSBA in Human Resources or Learning-Related Degrees
- Five or more years of experience facilitating workshops
- Ability to effectively facilitate in-person and virtual workshops
- Knowledge and application of adult learning principles and relevant learning technologies
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for interfacing with clients
- Ability to travel to client sites for workshop deliveries
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Engagement Coordinator to ensure all logistics are managed
