Stellar Performance successfully conducted its third Stellar Women Leaders in Technology Program for a large Retailer from December 2018 through February 2019. The program is designed as a career-changing experience that prepares up-and-coming women leaders for the transition from doer to leader, accentuating their unique and authentic self while gaining exposure and sponsorship from senior leaders.

The program included two, 2-day workshops, the Stellar TechLeader-360 Survey to gauge perceptions of others, cutting-edge leadership content, three 1:1 coaching sessions and exposure to senior leaders. The program involved 20 participants from many job roles including First-Line Managers, Tech Team Leads, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers.

The evaluations demonstrated how important and impactful both workshops were for the participants.
