Stellar Performance successfully conducted its Stellar Ascending Leaders Program for a Hospitality company from February 2018 to June 2018. The program is designed as a career-changing experience that transforms functional managers to business leaders, increasing potential for broader levels of leadership responsibility.
The program included two, 2-day workshops, the Stellar Leader-360 Survey to gauge perceptions of others, cutting-edge leadership content, three 1:1 coaching sessions, exposure to senior leaders, and an in-program business challenge project completed in teams. The program involved 16 up-and-coming leaders from across the business.
The evaluations demonstrated how important and impactful both programs were for the participants.
