Stellar Performance successfully conducted its Stellar Change Leaders Workshop for a well-known publishing company on November 14-15, 2018. The workshop is designed as a career-changing experience that prepares technologists to lead and advocate change across the technology function and the company.

The two-day workshop included the Stellar TechLeader-360 Survey to gauge perceptions of others, cutting-edge leadership content, and exposure to senior leaders. The program involved 21 up-and-coming technology leaders from a variety of technology leadership roles. 

The evaluations demonstrated how important and impactful the workshops were for the participants.
